Program access should be scoped to the people and information required, with suitable authorization.
Validate the implementation
Authentication, encryption, export, deletion and access logging are engineering requirements to verify. A design intention is not a claim of completed certification.
Keep claims specific
This website does not assert HIPAA compliance, a security certification, an independently completed audit or a released product-control set.
