Good insight starts
with a good fit.
Comfort, stability and the experience of wearing a device belong in the same design conversation.

People have routines, preferences and very different ears. A product intended for everyday use needs to fit the person’s life as well as the place it is worn. That makes comfort a starting point for development.
The physical experience is part of the system.
Fit and stability influence the conditions around an observation. Movement, listening and the way a product sits at the ear deserve attention alongside the sensing and software.
Design is an ongoing conversation.
A useful evaluation asks what people can comfortably do, what they understand and where the experience becomes burdensome. The answer can change the product. Our concept imagery is a direction for exploration; the final design is shaped by the work that follows.
